LO & SONS REVIEW: THE PERFECT BAGS FOR TRAVEL, WORK AND PLAY

For someone who frequently travels domestically and internationally, travel bags and accessories are a vital part of planning my trips. When searching for a reliable and sustainable bag, I came across Lo & Sons and fell completely in love with their style and branding. If you too value minimalism and supreme organization, Lo & Sons is the perfect brand to search for a bag that fits your needs. I have a Lo & Sons bag for almost every occasion and I know I'll be using each of them for years to come.

THE O.G.

The O.G. is the lightweight overnight bag by Lo & Sons. This bag is perfect for an interview, a quick business trip or 1-2 nights away on vacation! It's my go-to for all my trips, as it holds so many travel essentials, has a removable messenger strap and even a luggage sleeve that easily slides onto all my suitcases.

The O.G. is an organizational dream, with a pocket for everything you could imagine! I love the padded laptop sleeve, multiple secure zipper compartments and the key leash to make sure I never misplace my keys again.

But probably my favorite feature is the side pocket you can use to store a pair of shoes or a wet umbrella!

THE CLAREMONT

My first Lo & Sons piece was The Claremont, a stylish yet discreet camera bag to make my life easier when I travel locally or abroad. I always found myself shoving my camera into an oversized tote or carrying it by shoulder strap, but as I started to invest in more valuable camera gear, I knew I needed a solution to keep my new camera safe + protected.

This beautiful bag was specifically created with DSLR cameras in mind, so you can be sure it is well-designed with internal padding, built-in SD memory card slots as well as a zipper pocket on the back to store my lens cloth, passport, driver's license and credit cards. I currently have The Claremont in two colors (light grey and sienna) and it never leaves my side when I travel with my camera!

Currently, The Claremont is compatible with certain Canon and Nikon models, but I recently purchased a mirrorless Sony a7R iii and it fits perfectly with the body + a 24-70mm f/2.8 lens.

THE PEARL

The Pearl is a convertible leather crossbody bag that is perfect for any trip! You can get it in Nappa Leather (for a smoother, softer feel) or Saffiano Leather (for a more durable, scratch and water resistant material). I chose the Saffiano Leather in Plum and I love using it for day trips, a quick coffee date or out to dinner. I've even taken it on interviews in the past, since it looks so structured and professional.

What's amazing about this piece is you can transform it from day to night by converting the bag from a crossbody to a classy clutch! The pockets are perfect for holding my phone, wallet, keys and so much more. I'm even considering getting it in another color!
